Individual No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecakes
You'll love this quick-fix berry dessert that's decadent and creamy-- and no baking is required!
- 12 strawberries, hulled
- 12 ounces softened cream cheese (1 & 1/2 eight-ounce bricks)
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 individual graham cracker crusts (available in baking aisle)
